There is another blog I contribute to called Mothers With Cancer that you might get some insight from as well.  A few of those writers have IBC and are doing very well. 		<description>All I have to say is keep running, walking, biking, swimming, and running some more.  Cancer will not catch you a second time as you are too fast, brave, courageous (I am sure that is spelled wrong), and funny and will outrun and outwit it should it happen to come calling again.  Now as for the rodent. . . I have unexpected house guests of my own - a few mice if you need a quick replacement for Sugar!</description>
